Confined Space Awareness Training
CSA-guided course to help achieved Regulation 632/05 requirements
Includes theory and hands-on training. Participants are able to practice vertical confined space rescue as well as perform atmosphere testing and setting up confined space rescue equipment.
Intended for those in water treatment and construction
Participants will be able to:
- Define a confined space
- Outline the elements of a confined space program
- Hazard Assessment, Entry Plan, and Entry Permit
- Identify hazards, controls, and rescue requirements
- Explain the responsibilities of workplace parties
- List requirements for documentation
- Navigate and identify O.Reg 632/05
